Details you give us: your name, email, phone number, the service you're interested in, and any message, when you submit a form, use the University Matcher, or contact us on WhatsApp, phone, or email.

Matcher answers: your chosen countries, course, academic and test scores, and shortlist, which are sent to us only if you submit the form or choose to share them on WhatsApp.

Chat messages: messages you send to our Arya chat assistant are processed by a third-party AI provider to generate replies. Please don't share sensitive personal details in chat.

Basic technical data: your theme preference is stored in your own browser. Embedded content (such as our Instagram feed) may be served by third parties under their own policies.

To respond to your enquiry, provide counselling and our services, and, where you ask us to, help with applications to universities, visa processes, accommodation, finance, and travel. We don't sell your personal information.

Only as needed to deliver the services you ask for: for example, universities, partner institutions (including the UES Abroad network), visa and finance partners, and the service providers that run this website's forms and chat. We may also disclose information where required by law.

For as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal or regulatory obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing rahaaglobalservices@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
